Download Google Keyboard APK - Big news for android user who wants more faster typing on their android mobile phones, and now google have release the new app for android. called Google keyboard. The Google Keyboard offers all of the same features that were introduced on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean's default keyboard, including gesture typing, voice dictation, autocompletion, and support for both phones and tablets.

The free app is available for Android 4.0 or better devices and has seen more between 500,000 and 1 million downloads in just three days. 

Google Keyboard APK supports gesture typing, which lets you swipe across the screen from letter to letter to form a word, automatic error correction, word predictions, and voice typing via your device�s microphone. It currently features dictionaries for 26 languages (plus keyboard layouts for a dozen more), though again, Google will likely be adding more soon.

The only changes we're seeing from the old Android keyboard to the new Google offering can be found in the settings panel. The new app has a few more options, including varying levels of auto-correction, personal dictionary maintenance and a new advanced settings area. This is home to settings including vibration timing, double-tap space bar options and extra keyboard layouts like AZERTY

By offering its own keyboard (Google Keyboard APK) directly through Google Play, Google is continuing its strategy of updating Android without updating Android, as Dustin Earley recently put it. The company has been launching new services, such Google Play Music All Access, and updating existing apps such as Gmail and Maps, without doing a proper operating system update. Now, Google can also improve the keyboard without leaving older versions of Android behind.

I almost can�t believe this is really happening. I�ve mentioned in other posts that if Google would simply release their stock apps into the Play Store � Messaging, Launcher, etc. � it would make the lives of stock Android enthusiasts that much easier. While there are no shortage of keyboard alternatives, if you only feel safe trusting inputting your passwords, credit card information, etc. with Google � have at it.
